As far as I know, it's the Wirksworth model railway exhibition today and tomorrow. We may still go or may decide to clear out and tidy up the garage ready for starting some more work on the layout. Just thought I'd point it out since it's quite a nice little show, split over 3 venues all within about a square mile in the centre of Wirksworth in Derbyshire. I've been the last two years and it usually attracts some nice little layouts and stands + the walk round the town is nice, weather permitting. One of the venues is the town hall and I can't remember the other two. If you want to make it a day, you can combine your ticket with a ride on the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway preserved line which I believe now goes all the way to Duffield! As far as I know they run steam both days!
